Sciences Research---Bio-Medical Research.
The group’s success in this business is due to
the merging of the sales and service team of Interfax Systems with experienced
consultants who have many contacts in Canada’s related research
and manufacturing markets.
Interfax Systems is a 100% Canadian owned company with
offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver. Interfax
has been operating as a technical sales and support firm representing
several manufacturers of electronic/electrical test equipment and systems
level products since 1979. In our 23-year history, Interfax has signed
on many young companies with new products in our familiar market arena
and we have successfully created significant sales revenue for them from
Canada and introduced innovative technologies to our many Canadian customers.
Interfax has also taken many established companies' sales to new heights
in Canada from previous multi-sales-channel arrangements or previous lack
of excellence in representation.
Customers for PharmaMedSci Group include
the Canadian pharmaceutical manufacturers, federal and provincial government
health departments, plus life sciences research facilities at universities
and hospitals
Technologies covered are Bio-decontamination,
isolators, cage/bottle washers, laminar flow benches/rooms, steady state
test chambers, depyrogenation ovens, photostability cabinets, electronic
data acquisition and parameter analysis software, and accessories to related
manufacturing and research facilities.
Interfax has several partnering relationships in place
with other Canadian companies to provide systems integration and support
in all of our product categories and technologies. Within each Interfax
office certain sales reps specialize with knowledge on the products in
these technology sectors to provide the best possible representation in
a pre and post sales support function.
Presently with a sales force of 10 engineers and technologists,
Interfax System's sales focus is assisting customers equipment challenges
and offering high quality products from exclusive relationships with several
reputable suppliers.
Service centers for post-sales support
are located in the Toronto and Montreal facilities with an associated
service facility in Calgary. Commissioning of new systems is usually done
by the equipment manufacturer while Interfax service technicians assist
and thereby become familiar with the latest products and related processes.
Hourly service rates are available on an on-call basis or service contracts
can be offered.
